How can I switch to PEPPOL for e-invoicing?
To switch to PEPPOL, you need to sign up via this contact form. The KPD consultant will help you configure KPD Finance for sending and receiving PEPPOL invoices.
Will the OCR functionality continue to work alongside invoicing with PEPPOL?
Yes, the OCR functionality will continue to work. Just make sure your suppliers send PEPPOL or PDF invoices, but not both. This reduces the risk of duplicate invoices.
Should I continue to use OCR?
Consider phasing out OCR gradually and encourage your suppliers to send their invoices via PEPPOL. This ensures a more efficient process and reduces the need for OCR processing as more suppliers invoice via PEPPOL.
